Biography
A 2022 graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law, Laney joined our firm in August of 2022 and attained full licensure in October of 2022. She focuses her practice on real estate matters, including Landlord/Tenant issues, leases, evictions, construction and mechanics' liens, as well as all manner of purchase and refinance closings. She is active with the Tarboro Development Corporation, a nonprofit to support the mission of the Town of Tarboro's Main Street program and attract businesses and tourism to downtown. Laney earned her B.S. from East Carolina University and is a native of Nash County, NC.
